A Claude Code skill that cleans up sessions accumulated by Claude Code's scheduled tasks (routines), which leave a session behind on every run. It plans the cleanup — keeping the newest N and optionally protecting sessions the user replied to — then deletes sessions in batches of 25 through the app's own session tool, each behind an approval card. Deleting files directly doesn't work because the desktop app keeps the session list in memory and writes records back.
